The search for the wreckage of a drone shot down in Tulcea has been suspended due to difficult terrain and will resume on Sunday, according to the Ministry of National Defense (MApN). The drone was downed by a Romanian F-16 approximately 10 kilometers from Sfântu Gheorghe. The investigation is being handled by the Constanța Court of Appeal. On Saturday morning, Russia continued drone attacks on Ukrainian targets near the Romanian border, prompting alerts in Tulcea. No unauthorized airspace breaches were reported during the initial attacks, but a second alert led to the successful interception of a drone by F-16s.
