The drone was shot down by a Romanian F-16 near Sfântu Gheorghe. Meanwhile, Russia continued drone attacks on Ukrainian targets near the Romanian border. Alerts were issued for the local population, and F-16s were deployed to monitor the airspace. No unauthorized incursions into Romanian airspace were reported until a drone was detected and subsequently intercepted and destroyed by the F-16s.
