New digital school manuals for the 9th grade in 63 subjects are now available on the Ministry of Education's platform. Contests have been filed for nine subjects, delaying the acquisition process. Winning manuals were uploaded after framework agreements were signed on October 12. Schools will select manuals and place orders from October 15 to 28, 2026, based on approved enrollment figures. The acquisition process duration has been reduced from ten to seven months. Preparations for 10th-grade manuals are underway, aiming for availability by August 2027.
