Dani Mocanu and his brother Nando have been denied a review of their prison sentences by the Brașov Court of Appeal. They have ten days to appeal this decision. Both brothers are facing additional judicial costs. Nando received a minor reduction in his sentence due to time served in custody. They were convicted for a violent incident in 2022 where they assaulted a man at a gas station. After fleeing to Italy, they were extradited back to Romania.
