Mandat internaţional de arestare pentru fondatorul Telegram, Pavel Durov, acuzat de Serviciul Federal de Securitate din Rusia de facilitare a terorismului
The FSB of Russia has charged Telegram founder Pavel Durov with facilitating terrorist activities and issued an international arrest warrant. The accusations stem from Telegram's failure to remove materials allegedly used by Ukrainian special services for sabotage and terrorism. Durov, currently in France, has not commented on the charges. The FSB claims that a dating bot on Telegram was used to recruit young Russians for terrorist activities. Durov, a Russian national with UAE and French citizenship, has faced legal issues in France related to organized crime and is under strict judicial supervision.
