The National Foundation of Young Managers (FNTM) has launched a new Executive Management Program, part of the Romanian Performance Excellence Program (RPEP), aimed at enhancing organizational performance. Over nine months, managers from both private and public sectors will collaborate to apply principles of organizational excellence based on the Baldrige framework. The program emphasizes that organizational performance relies on effectively transforming talent and resources into sustainable results. Participants will engage in intensive modules, mentorship, and expert meetings. The initiative also welcomes public sector managers, reflecting a commitment to managerial excellence across all sectors. The program aims to foster a culture of excellence in Romania, integrating leadership, strategy, and results into a cohesive system.
