The Liberty Mall in Bucharest is revitalizing after being purchased by Jumbo in 2023. Following the opening of a Jumbo store in 2024, new tenants are moving in. BIPA and Penny are set to open stores, while recent additions include Sinsay, Dr. Max, and 18GYM. Tal Roma, managing the leasing, anticipates that 75% of the mall will be operational by year-end. The mall, originally opened in 2008, was sold to Jumbo for 20 million euros after being underutilized for years.
