Paolo Zampolli, the U.S. special envoy, met with Bucharest Sector 4 Mayor Daniel Băluță to discuss the Donald Trump Friendship Park. The park aims to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Declaration of Independence and strengthen Romanian-American relations. It will be an extension of Tudor Arghezi Park, designed to blend education, recreation, and technology. The project has received praise from U.S. officials, with construction expected to start by late August or early September.
