The cyberattack has disrupted property registration, risking higher VAT for buyers. PSD leader Sorin Grindeanu stated the amendment is necessary and won't significantly impact the state budget. AUR proposed additional time for eligible buyers, while PACT suggested maintaining the 9% VAT rate until 2026.
