Mai puține dosare pentru judecători. CSM introduce un mecanism de limitare a dosarelor alocate instanțelor

The Superior Council of Magistracy has implemented a new procedure to manage court workloads based on judges' actual capacity. This system aims to prevent court overload and delays caused by excessive case numbers. Annual reference capacities are set for judges, with a daily intake calculated electronically. Cases exceeding this capacity will be recorded for later processing. Priority cases will be handled immediately, even if daily limits are reached. The new methodology aligns case numbers with available human resources, gradually applying full capacity limits by 2028. The goal is to balance access to justice with timely case resolution and quality judgments.
