Magnatul din spatele trupei BTS riscă să fie pus sub acuzare de poliția sud-coreaană
South Korean police have requested charges against music mogul Bang Si-Hyuk for alleged fraud against investors. He is accused of misleading investors about the company's IPO plans in 2019. Bang, the founder and president of Hybe, allegedly encouraged investors to sell shares before the company went public. Four other suspects, including Hybe executives, have also been referred for prosecution. Bang's legal team denies any wrongdoing and expects a transparent resolution through the legal process. Previous arrest requests were denied due to insufficient evidence. The legal issues surfaced after BTS's recent reunion and world tour following a nearly four-year hiatus.
