Magistratul „pistolar” George Bucurică este dat în urmărire națională de polițiști după decizia de arestare. El a părăsit sediul ICCJ după dezbateri

The Romanian police have issued a national search warrant for suspended magistrate George Bucurică after he left the Supreme Court awaiting a preventive arrest verdict. Bucurică is accused of using tear gas on a police officer during an identification attempt. The police are actively searching for him in various locations. The Supreme Court has issued a 30-day preventive arrest warrant, and the police are executing this order. Bucurică had previously barricaded himself in his car and was armed with a loaded pistol during the incident. Despite the serious nature of the events, a judge previously ruled against preventive detention, citing video evidence from the police body cameras.
