Magistrații din CSM, salarii de 4 ori mai mari ca Nicușor Dan. Unii primesc și pensii speciale • Newsweek România

During a meeting with the Superior Council of Magistracy, President Nicușor Dan highlighted the significant salary disparity between himself and magistrates, some earning up to four times more. He expressed concern over the lack of prosecutors available for investigating magistrates' misconduct, noting a shortfall in the Special Section of the Prosecutor's Office. While Dan earns a net salary of 20,000 lei, several magistrates receive salaries ranging from 43,000 to 84,000 lei, with some also benefiting from special pensions. This situation raises questions about the financial structure within the judiciary.
