Praktiker Hellas is rebranding to Dedeman as part of a transition initiated by Paval Holding, which acquired the chain in 2025. The name change starts with the flagship store in Tavros and will extend to 16 other locations. This move follows a series of restructuring efforts to improve capital and operational efficiency. Dedeman aims to increase sales and return to profitability after reporting losses in 2024. The rebranding includes renovations and the introduction of private label products from Dedeman's Romanian factories.
