The High Court is expected to rule on November 27 regarding the foundation's request to be included as a beneficiary of expropriation. The foundation previously won a case that annulled the environmental agreement for this highway segment. Meanwhile, construction on the A7 continues, although progress is slow near the nursing home, while other sections are bustling with activity.
