Lukoil solicită prelungirea concesiunii pentru Trident

Lukoil Overseas has requested an extension of its gas exploration concession in the Black Sea, confirming its commitment to the Trident project. The company emphasizes the project's potential to enhance Romania's energy security and has invested significantly since 2011. Despite international sanctions causing procedural delays, the project remains on track, with ongoing negotiations for the acquisition of Lukoil's European assets by an American investment fund.
