Lucrările la șinele de tramvai din București, întârziate de problemele din subteran / “Planul de pe hârtie contravine cu realitatea din teren”
The modernization of Bucharest's tram infrastructure is delayed due to underground network issues and weather conditions. The city reports discrepancies between documented and actual network positions, requiring new designs and solutions. Over 70 kilometers of underground networks and 50 kilometers of tram tracks are being upgraded. Challenges include limited space for relocating existing networks and adverse weather affecting construction. Mayor Ciprian Ciucu emphasizes the importance of quality work for long-term infrastructure durability. Additionally, archaeological findings have been discovered, further extending project timelines.
