The Henri Coandă International Airport's Arrival Parking will temporarily close for major renovations starting August 19, affecting 588 parking spots. A new parking facility with over 1,000 spaces is set to open this fall. The second phase of modernization will enhance the structure's resilience, with completion expected early next year. Passengers will be redirected to other public parking areas, and taxi services will relocate to the Departures terminal. The airport currently has 2,226 public parking spaces, and additional parking facilities are planned to increase capacity.
