Lucian Romașcanu, apel către parlamentari în plină criză politică: „Faceți ce trebuie fără să numărați voturi iluzorii!”

Lucian Romașcanu, a member of the European Court of Auditors, urged Romanian parliamentarians to prioritize national interests over political calculations. He emphasized the importance of their oath to serve the country responsibly, especially during the current political crisis. Romașcanu highlighted that the oath is a serious commitment, not a mere formality, and called for decisions that reflect true service to the nation. Although he is no longer involved in politics, he remains concerned about Romania's situation and encourages lawmakers to act in the country's best interest without focusing on electoral gains.
