Luca Niculescu: PNRR este „urgența urgențelor”

Prime Minister Luca Niculescu emphasized the urgency of finalizing the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) by year-end, estimating that Romania could attract around 3 billion euros in EU funds. He identified three key priorities: closing the PNRR, accelerating cohesion fund absorption, and negotiating the future EU budget. Niculescu highlighted the importance of EU funds for Romania's economy, stating that they are essential for development. He noted Romania's positive financial relationship with the EU since its accession in 2007, amounting to approximately 72 billion euros.
