Luca Niculescu, la 11 ani de la tragedia de la Colectiv: ”România mai are multe lucruri de făcut ”

He acknowledged progress in building specialized centers in Timișoara and Târgu Mureș, as well as a children's center in Bucharest, but stressed the necessity for a modern facility in the capital. Niculescu urged the Health Minister to initiate concrete steps next year for establishing this center, highlighting the ongoing need for compassion and action towards the victims and their families.
