Luca Niculescu explică în ce se va măsura succesul noului Guvern

Luca Niculescu attended the handover ceremony at the Ministry of Investments and European Projects, emphasizing the importance of EU funds for Romania's development. He outlined three key priorities for the ministry: closing the PNRR without losses, negotiating the Multiannual Financial Framework for 2028-2034, and enhancing absorption from the 2021-2027 Cohesion Policy. Niculescu expressed gratitude to former minister Dragoș Pîslaru and stressed that success will be measured by completed projects rather than paperwork.
