Luca Niculescu, după consultările cu UDMR: „Sunt mai multe formule posibile de guvern. Mai există opțiunea tehnocrată”

Designated Prime Minister Luca Niculescu expressed optimism after initial discussions with UDMR, emphasizing the need for a government with full powers for the next two years. He stated that both political and technocratic government options remain on the table as negotiations continue with PSD and PNL. Niculescu highlighted the importance of credibility and investment for Romania, aiming to select the best ideas from party proposals. He confirmed that talks will resume soon and clarified his focus on parties likely to support the government, dismissing AUR and USR's participation. Niculescu also stated he has no political affiliation and accepted the role out of responsibility for the country.
