On October 15, designated Prime Minister Luca Niculescu submitted the government program and ministerial list to Parliament. The Liberal Party, led by Ilie Bolojan, announced their support for the new government, while the Social Democrats confirmed the 11 ministerial nominations. The new cabinet will consist of 16 ministries, similar to the previous government. Key proposed ministers include Marian Neacșu as Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Internal Affairs, and Alexandru Rogobete as Minister of Health. The remaining five ministries will be held by technocrats appointed by President Nicușor Dan. The government requires at least 233 votes for approval in Parliament.
