Lovitură primită de DIICOT în dosarul azilelor din Bihor: Tribunalul ridică definitiv toate sechestrele în cazul Viorel Pașca

The Bihor Tribunal lifted all precautionary measures imposed by DIICOT in a case involving Viorel Pașca and his family, who are investigated for human trafficking and organized crime. This decision follows a recent ruling by the Bucharest Court of Appeal that questioned key aspects of the prosecution's case. The tribunal annulled previous orders that had frozen assets worth approximately 6.4 million euros, including bank accounts and properties. The court found that the evidence presented did not sufficiently support claims of exploitation. The investigation, which began in June, involves allegations of exploiting vulnerable individuals under the guise of providing social services. Pașca and his family deny the accusations, asserting that they were helping individuals the public system could not accommodate. The criminal investigation is ongoing, with the burden of proof now on the prosecutors.
