Lovitură definitivă pentru Țiriac Leasing: ÎCCJ menține amenda de 2,9 milioane de lei pentru schimbul de informații sensibile

The Competition Council won a legal case against Ţiriac Leasing IFN SA, now BT Leasing Transilvania IFN SA, which was fined for sharing sensitive commercial information. The investigation also led to fines totaling 41.2 million lei for ALB and 16 member companies for similar violations. The High Court confirmed the breach of competition law by Ţiriac Leasing, which had previously contested the decision. Other companies, including Alpha Leasing and UniCredit Leasing, lost their appeals against the Competition Council's sanctions.
