Romania's U21 coach Costin Curelea announced the squad for the final three matches of the EURO 2027 qualifiers against Cyprus, Finland, and Spain. Currently, Romania is in third place in the group with 13 points, trailing Finland by three points and Spain by eight. The first match is on September 25 against Cyprus, followed by a game against Finland on September 30, and concluding with a match against Spain on October 6. Romania has had mixed results in the qualifiers, including draws and victories, but also losses to Finland and Spain. The final tournament will be held in Albania and Serbia.
