Londra intervine în războiul dintre Arabia Saudită și rebelii Houthi. Marea Britanie trimite avioane de luptă Eurofighter Typhoon și consilieri militari în sprijinul Riadului

The UK will deploy Eurofighter Typhoon jets to protect Saudi Arabia from Houthi drone and missile attacks, focusing solely on defensive missions. This move comes amid increased Houthi assaults on Saudi infrastructure, including airports and oil facilities. The British Ministry of Defence confirmed that the Typhoons will intercept threats without conducting offensive operations in Yemen. The situation escalated after Houthi threats to target Saudi vessels and infrastructure, particularly following a Saudi attack on Houthi-controlled areas. The UK has already been providing logistical support and air-to-air refueling to Saudi forces.
