The government has approved a quota of 90,000 foreign workers for 2026, addressing shortages in construction, logistics, and other sectors. The list will be updated regularly based on labor market needs and will include 236 occupations, ranging from unskilled labor to technical roles. Experts note that low wages and poor working conditions contribute to the lack of interest from local candidates.
