Each unit will accommodate up to six people and will feature modern amenities, including energy-efficient systems like heat pumps and photovoltaic panels. The project is part of a broader initiative to enhance social inclusion and provide adequate living conditions for marginalized communities. The construction will adhere to nZEB standards and include necessary utilities and access roads. The estimated construction duration is 20 months, with funding from the European Inclusion and Dignity Program.
