The partnership aims to significantly increase production capacity, with Lockheed Martin investing up to $9 billion to expand its facilities. The PAC-3 MSE interceptors are crucial for countering Russian missile attacks in Ukraine, but supply remains limited compared to demand. Ukraine is also exploring local production options for these interceptors.
