The event occurred on the evening of October 19, startling residents who were awakened by the noise. Fortunately, no one was outside at the time. The building is relatively new, and residents reported no previous issues. Following the incident, the local police were dispatched by the Sector 1 City Hall after residents shared their concerns on social media. Although there was a 4.8 magnitude earthquake on the same day, authorities have not linked the two events, but some residents fear further damage from potential future quakes.
