However, residents expressed dissatisfaction due to access issues caused by incomplete work. The municipality clarified that a second access ramp was illegally constructed by the developer, not authorized in the project. Concerns about private land modifications were dismissed, as proper permits were obtained. The street will feature three traffic lanes, with further improvements planned, including stormwater drainage and public lighting. Developers are now being urged to fulfill their obligations to avoid legal actions from the municipality.
