Lituania a descoperit 12 tuneluri săpate pentru trecerea frontierei din Belarus
Lithuania has uncovered 12 tunnels leading from Belarus, intended for illegal migrant crossings, raising security concerns. The Interior Minister highlighted the increasing threat of illegal migration and the use of these tunnels as clandestine entry points. Lithuania, along with Latvia and Poland, has accused Belarus of orchestrating migrant flows from crisis regions. In response, Lithuania is enhancing border security measures, including building a fence and collaborating with Frontex. The border police are also testing ground-penetrating radar devices to detect underground cavities.
