The study evaluated 47 cities, highlighting Lisbon's abundance of healthy restaurants and walkable areas. The city offers 49 m² of green space per resident and enjoys 2,828 hours of sunshine annually, contributing to overall well-being. Following Lisbon are Helsinki and Orlando, with other European cities completing the top ten.
