The second auction for the sale of the bankrupt Mangalia Shipyard took place on July 29, but no bidders showed up. The creditors' assembly maintained the starting price at 184 million euros. A third auction is scheduled for August 28, with plans for at least six auctions in total. The sale aims to liquidate a unique package of assets necessary for the shipyard's operation, excluding debts and shares. As of the second auction, all 1,011 employees have left the platform since their contracts ended on July 15.
