Linia electrică Gădălin-Suceava: Guvernul alocă 8 milioane de lei pentru exproprieri
The Romanian government has approved an additional eight million lei for the Ministry of Economy's budget to cover expropriation costs for the Gădălin-Suceava power line project. This investment aims to enhance the national 400 kV electricity ring and improve energy supply security. The project, which spans approximately 260 kilometers and crosses 40 administrative units, is crucial for integrating renewable energy sources. The total compensation required is nearly 14 million lei, and the approved funds will not increase the overall budget expenses. The construction contract for the line was signed in August 2025, with a completion timeline of 69 months.
