The Bucharest Street Administration has initiated a new tender for modernizing street infrastructure, public lighting, and urban furniture. The contract is for a framework agreement published on the SEAP procurement platform. Interested companies can submit offers until November 9, 2026, with proposals valid until May 9, 2027. The contract value ranges from 734,911,890 to 2,938,797,687 lei, and up to ten economic operators will be selected. Evaluation criteria include financial component, professional experience, warranty period, implementation approach, and use of recycled materials. Additionally, flexible and metal bollards have been installed on various streets to enhance pedestrian safety.
