Licitaţie pentru modernizarea și închirierea saloanelor Business din Aeroportul Otopeni. Contractul e estimat la 400.000 de euro

The National Company Bucharest Airports (CNAB) has initiated a tender for the rental and modernization of new Business Lounges at Henri Coandă International Airport, with an estimated contract value of nearly 400,000 euros. The tender includes two Premium Business Lounges totaling 608.80 square meters, located in the departures terminal, one in the Schengen area and the other in the non-Schengen area. Monthly rental rates are set at 750 euros per square meter for the Schengen lounge and 500 euros for the non-Schengen lounge. Interested companies can bid for one or both spaces under long-term contracts lasting 10 years. This initiative is part of a broader modernization program aimed at enhancing the airport's commercial offerings and improving passenger experience.
