The Malaxa High School in Zărnești is set to undergo significant renovations following a major investment project announced by Mayor Alexandru Igrișan. The local administration has officially submitted a project titled "Seismic consolidation and moderate energy renovation – Malaxa High School, buildings A and B," funded through the national program for consolidating buildings at high seismic risk. The total budget for this initiative is 60,891,059.19 lei, aimed at modernizing the educational infrastructure in the city. The project addresses urgent community needs, as both school buildings require extensive engineering interventions to meet modern safety and comfort standards.
