This includes small structures like garages and terraces, as well as single-family homes up to 150 square meters, provided they meet specific conditions. Buildings under 20 square meters can be constructed without any formalities, while those up to 50 square meters require notification. The code emphasizes compliance with local urban planning regulations and mandates that projects be designed by qualified professionals. The new regulations will take effect on August 25, 2026.
