Leguma cât un bob de strugure, cu gust de castravete și lămâie. Românii o pot cultiva în grădină
A small vegetable resembling a grape, with a taste of cucumber and lemon, is being cultivated in Romanian gardens. The Mexican cucumber, named Victor, has been acclimatized and approved for cultivation in Romania. It is grown in Buzău for research purposes and will be available for sale in spring 2024. This vegetable is rich in fiber, vitamin C, and antioxidants. Despite its benefits, interest among buyers remains low due to its unfamiliarity. The research station aims to promote this unique crop among local producers.
