Legislatorii din Suedia au redus vârsta răspunderii penale la 14 ani

The Swedish Parliament has voted to lower the age of criminal responsibility from 15 to 14 years amid rising gang violence. The government aimed to reduce it to 13 but faced opposition. The law will take effect on September 10, just before national elections.
