Legea prin care este recunoscută oficial Episcopia Ortodoxă Română a Italiei, promulgată de președintele Sergio Mattarella
The Italian President Sergio Mattarella has officially recognized the Romanian Orthodox Diocese of Italy, following unanimous approval from the Italian Parliament. This recognition allows for legal marriages in Romanian churches and guarantees access for priests in hospitals. It signifies the acknowledgment of the Romanian community in Italy, which numbers over one million, affirming their place in Italian society.
