Legea integrității a fost publicată în Monitorul Oficial. Ce se schimbă pentru demnitari și aleșii declarați incompatibili
A new law regarding integrity in Romania has been published, introducing rules for transparency of officials' assets and interests. It also outlines consequences for those found incompatible or in conflict of interest. The law was promulgated by President Nicușor Dan after adjustments were made following a Constitutional Court ruling. The law mandates public disclosure of officials' financial interests starting January 1, 2027, but excludes certain family members from this requirement. Additionally, it specifies that individuals with confirmed incompatibilities will lose their positions 30 days after the law's enactment.
