Lecția pe care n-am învățat-o din PNRR, înainte să scriem următorul plan

As Romania approaches the end of its National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), it is crucial to learn from past decision-making processes. The upcoming National and Regional Partnership Plan (PPNR) will consolidate funding sources, but it must be developed transparently and with public consultation. The previous PNRR faced issues due to rushed decisions and lack of debate, leading to financial losses and ineffective policies. An independent audit is necessary to evaluate the decision-making process and ensure future reforms are well-informed. Parliament must play a significant role in shaping the PPNR to avoid repeating past mistakes and to ensure accountability in the allocation of funds.
