Initially released by judges, he was later deemed a flight risk following a violent incident in Hunedoara. Despite claiming self-defense, he faces serious charges after using a gun without authorization and engaging in a physical altercation with law enforcement. Witnesses reported his suspicious behavior at a local venue, and over 100 testimonies were collected. The Supreme Court's decision to detain him came too late, as he had already fled.
