La sfârşitul lui iunie consumul de energie a fost sensibil mai mare decât în prezent, dar atunci nu eram în stare de alertă energetică
On August 5, Romania recorded its second highest energy consumption this summer, reaching 7,518 MW. The highest was on June 29 at 7,907 MW. Despite similar consumption levels, the government has declared an energy alert and recommended voluntary reductions in usage. Municipalities are also reducing public lighting. The energy mix remains stable, but Romania still relies on imports during evening hours, a long-standing issue. Overall, the situation in the National Energy System is consistent with previous years, despite a general trend of decreasing average consumption due to economic changes.
