In Buzău, Mihai Enache is preparing to grow tomatoes for Christmas, aiming to supply the market with Romanian tomatoes by early December. His greenhouse, equipped with modern heating and ventilation systems, allows for winter production. Enache invested 3 million euros in this facility, which spans over one hectare and includes organic certified seedlings from Austria. He plans to offer eco-friendly tomatoes, including a special orange variety favored by top chefs. Additionally, he will launch organic tomato products like puree and juice this autumn.
