A 14-year-old boy on an electric scooter was intentionally hit by a 51-year-old driver in Suceava after a traffic altercation. The driver pursued the boy for nearly two kilometers before colliding with the scooter, causing the minor to fall. Afterward, the driver exited the vehicle and assaulted the boy before fleeing the scene. The driver has been detained and is under investigation for attempted murder and other violent acts.
